Exhibition Rules and Regulation
Recommended Visiting Time: The recommended duration for visiting the exhibition is between 45 to 90 minutes. Plan your visit accordingly.
Prohibited Activities: Smoking / Vape/ Pods are strictly prohibited within the exhibition venue. Please refrain from doing so to maintain a clean and pleasant environment.
Avoid Crowds: To prevent crowds from gathering in one area, spectators are advised not to stay in a single spot for an extended period. Keep moving and explore the exhibition.
No Storage Service: There is no storage service available at the exhibition venue. Do not bring items such as food, drinks, long straight umbrellas, large backpacks, suitcases, bicycles, skateboards, selfie sticks, baby strollers, dangerous or explosive items, or any other small means of transportation into the venue.
Safety First: For the safety of yourself and other visitors, please do not bring sharp or harmful objects into the exhibition venue. Additionally, refrain from running, climbing, or engaging in any dangerous actions within the venue.
No Sharp or Harmful Objects: It is crucial for the safety of all visitors that you do not bring any sharp and/or harmful objects into the exhibition venue.
No Running, Climbing, or Dangerous Actions: To prevent accidents and ensure a safe environment, please refrain from running, climbing, or engaging in any dangerous actions while inside the venue.
Follow Venue Staff Instructions: To ensure the overall safety of visitors, always follow the instructions provided by the venue staff. They are there to assist and maintain order.
Do Not Touch Exhibits: Do not touch the three-dimensional sculptures in the exhibition. Respecting the exhibits helps preserve the artwork and maintain a controlled environment.
Be Mindful of Special Effects: The exhibitin may include light and shadow projection effects as well as sound effects. Make sure that your health condition is suitable for viewing such effects. If you start feeling unwell during your visit, please inform on-site staff for assistance.
Personal Belongings: Visitors are advised to keep their personal belongings carefully while in the venue. It's important to take responsibility for your items.The event organizers and crew are not responsible for your personal belongings. Any loss during the event due to personal negligence will not be the responsibility of the event organizers
Filming and Photography: Filming short films and taking photos should be done responsibly and within your means. However, it's important to note that AMN (presumably the event organizer) will not be liable for any personal belongings lost in the venue or personal injuries caused during filming.
Pet Rules: Pets are not permitted on the premises; however, you may inquire about accommodations for your pet at the mall’s pet hotel by contacting our operations team for additional information.
Consent for Photos and Videos: By attending the venue, you agree to allow photos and videos taken at the event, including images of yourself, to be used by AMN for internal promotions and/or external promotional purposes.
Behavior and Compliance: Any individual, including those under the influence of drugs or alcohol, who harasses others in the venue or refuses to abide by the rules and regulations may be asked to leave the exhibition by venue staff. Temporary Closure: In the event of unfavorable weather conditions, safety concerns, maintenance requirements, or other unforeseen reasons, AMN has the right to temporarily close the "One Piece: The Great Era of Piracy!" Asia Tour exhibition without prior notice.
Dispute Resolution: In the case of any disputes or disagreements related to the exhibition, AMN reserves the right to make the final decision. This means that if visitors have concerns or issues while attending the exhibition, AMN will have the authority to address and resolve them as they see fit.
Removal of Individuals Not Following Rules: AMN, the event organizer, and the crew team reserve the right to remove individuals who do not comply with our rules, terms, and conditions during the event. Such individuals will not be eligible for any refunds related to the event. All decisions made by the Person in Charge (PIC) or Manager are final, and rules may be adjusted or changed during the event based on specific circumstances. By following these guidelines, you can ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for yourself and fellow tourists during your visit to the exhibition.
